Measuring Progress

The Excel Beyond the Bell Partnership sets annual measures of progress for achievement. The Collaboration Council is also developing an evaluation framework to access how well we are advancing the goals within the Action Agenda toward our vision and mission.

Reports:

Building Excel Beyond the Bell--Montgomery County's Out-of-School-Time System, a report written by Mona Zhang, a Princeton University student, who completed an internship with the Montgomery County Office of Community Partnerships.  Through interviews with local stakeholders and research of what was happening across the United States, Ms. Zhang has produced an extensive report that is rich in ideas and strategies that can enhance and expand Excel Beyond the Bell’s work.
